Bangkok Feb 2008 Day 1

Thai Airways Seafood Meal, is actually fish!! Taste Great...

Again back in Bangkok.. I think this is the 5th time there.

I felt so HOMELY right after arrival in Airport.

Its all Angelia's fault,my 16yrs mate, who taught me how to travel around in Bangkok.

Eventhough I just went 2months ago, but still love it.

I took the taxi which cost 400Baht including highway charge to my beloved Baiyoke Boutique Hotel , which is about 40min ride from Airport. Super good location and per night is costing about $75 including breakfast. But the breakfast choice is not very excellent...

Anyway, better than nothing.

Heading for Spa after check in at 3pm. Orientist Spa which is located in Central World, about 20min walk under the rain... Quite wet after reaching the destination^^

But surprise that thais don't use umbella and its so common to walk under the rain

The feeling is more like summer snow...

Those who used umbella are all obasans...hehe!

The whole image of the spa outlook is quite relax and everyone are so soft tone.

Then I paid 7000baht for 10000baht gift vouchers and use the first 2900baht on Orientist Slimness package which last for 2.5hrs but I only had it for 2hrs, the spices that rub on my body is just like tearing my skin and I chose to give up halfway. After that, my skin turn red and I told myself, never ever do this kind of suffering to myself again..

Its OK to be fat!!!

Right after Spa, its already 6pm, so I did some Shopping in BIG C, a hypermarket, located right opposite Central world. got 2 big boxes of Tom Yam instant noodles... and had a hard time walking back to hotel. Can't take taxi anyway as I will definately faster than the car... At least my own KA won't have traffic jam.

Then still have some time before its too late, I walk back to the station which is link to central world, Chit Lom station, and travel to Phrom Phong Station and walk for 5 min to Mambo Club to book the seats for wednesday show, but was too expensive 800baht, so I have no choice but to go JTB for better rate at 500 baht.

After that, since I am so near to Asok Station, which is another 10min walk from Mambo Club, I head for salsa club, La Rueda... I had a hard time finding it, but was closed for monday. So sad!!

What a waste trip.

Back to Chit Lom, BIG C is still open till 11pm, So I went in for for 2nd time and also the last time...That's what I got back from there.

By the time I reach Hotel, Its already 11.30pm!!!
