6days after my last blogging..
Seeing my result in my weight...oh oh!!
I drop 2kg from the day I dream to do diet.
Guess what I did???
Wake up early morning 30min before normal time..
Doing sit up etc..Everything done on the bed.
closing my eyes and just do all the necessary movements.
Sound no stress but very very tired after completing.
After shower, continue my sleep in the bus!!
A cup of green tea Fuppucino and thats my breakfast for the day.
Working restlessly in the office but veeeery hyper in teasing my manager.
やっとmy lunch time.. Only one choice in my mind Tom yam seafood noodle..
Typical siam women to keep their weight control..
Till the work end as rushing to my class so no choice but to throw some junk food into my mouth...
After the lesson already 9pm, oh !
Very hungry lei but rushing home to practice my Salsa steps for an hour.
By the time, I am so tired and no more strength to bite...
After shower lying on my bed again and did some leg movements which I learnt from Nan Xin Mei(女人我最大) to keep my body shape look good.
If I am continue this crazy schedule , I think I can hit my target in another 4weeks which sound so attractive but... my lightest weight is -3Kg from current..
Oh I must 頑張ります!サルサのために!&
Yesterday mentioned to my instructor to give me 1yr to be qualified for performance team.
